Technology expansion capital fund Bailador Technology Investments (ASX: BTI) has made two follow-on investments, in accommodation booking software and channel management software company Rezdy and in digital healthcare company InstantScripts.
Both investments were part of larger fundraisings by the companies.
Bailador’s $4 million new investment in Rezdy was part of a $7.5 million round with the remainder provided by other existing shareholders.
The $2 million new investment in InstantScripts was part of a $6 million round which was supported by individual sophisticated investors.
Both companies had reported improved performance and the investment rounds lifted the valuation of Bailador’s existing stakes.
