Gareth Woodbridge has joined Quadrant Private Equity as a managing partner.
Woodbridge left KKR in May last year and had been on gardening leave until last month (January).
As a managing director with KKR for nearly eight years, Woodbridge led deals involving pubs, bars and events spaces business Australian Venue Co, Laser Clinics Australia, customer experience technology business Probe Cx and cancer care business GenesisCare. Woodbridge led both KKR’s 2016 exit of GenesisCare to China Resources and Macquarie Group and the firm’s re-investment in the company in 2019.
Woodbridge served on the boards of each of these KKR investee companies.
